Définition des éléments :

• Développement d'une feature : définit la phase de réflexion, mise en place et test de la feature
• Corrections de bugs : définit la période où Olivier et moi testons, analysons et corrigeons d'éventuels bugs
• Recette : définit une réunion dans laquelle nous validons tous le bon fonctionnement avant communication
• Release : communication faite aux utilisateurs de l'update d'une version, avec les nouvelles features
